When will I receive my pre-order?

As a result of increased demand, COVID related supply delays and shipping line disruptions a number of popular items may be set to “Pre-Order” on our website at any time.

This essentially means that you are purchasing the goods now, but it won’t be shipped until the goods arrive here from our suppliers. All products are labelled with an “Estimated” Date of arrival (ETA) to give you a guide as to when we hope to ship your order. The advantage of Pre-ordering your goods is to ensure you can receive them… as in recent months many products have been all pre-sold before they arrive into our warehouse.

In these unprecedented times however, the shipping times have been unfortunately unpredictable, and the ETA’s can change. We continue to monitor the situation daily and adjust the ETAs on the website as required.

Please be aware there is absolutely no obligation to keep your pre-order should we experience delays, should you simply find a suitable product elsewhere or even just change your mind. All you need to do is email us your Order Number and we will process the refund immediately.
